Workout With A Discount

It’s Monday, 5 PM, and you just got off work. The last thing you want to do is workout doing the same thing over and over again. I get it. It’s boring. After taking all the classes, overplaying the same Spotify list, and meeting everyone there is to meet at the gym, it can get repetitive. Who needs more of that? Freeze your gym membership and hop on the Groupon train. Ten dollars for one month of unlimited yoga? Yes, please. There are so many choices it's hard to pick just one. If you’re in the mood to change up your gym routine, go to new places, and meet new people then these workouts are definitely for you.

Cappy’s Boxing Gym
2609 S Jackson St, Seattle, WA 98144
The deal: One month unlimited for $75 ($140 value)

Warning: slipping a pair of boxing gloves everyday might make you feel a little cooler and badass after every workout. It's definitely a fun way to get all your anger out and change up your regular cardio routine. This class will consist of cardio, strength training, and learning new boxing strategies and techniques. I give this a green light for anyone trying to go hard, tone up and relieve some stress at the same time.

Northwest Crossfit
Multiple locations
The deal: One month for $54 ($195 value)

This will probably be the most challenging work out that you will sign up for. They definitely push you at crossfit and keep you nothing short of motivated for your workout goals. All levels are welcomed and for most workouts you will be able to modify to your strength ability. It's great and productive workout. Your trainers will be there every step of the way to push, motivate, and help you.

Sealevel Hot Yoga
215 N 36th St, Seattle, WA 98103
The deal: $29 for 10 classes ($155 value)

Hot yoga we meet again. This class is definitely not for the frail. If you can withstand getting away from our freezing Pacific Northwest temperatures for an hour and inducing yourself in a room heated to a little over 100 degrees this is definitely the workout for you. I personally hated every second of hot yoga, but nothing can beat the detoxed and refreshed feeling once you’ve suffered through the pain of that hour sweat session. Great for anyone trying to detox from a long unhealthy weekend. Not to mention your skin will be looking fabulous.

Club Pilates Bellevue
143 106th Ave NE, Bellevue, WA 98004
The deal: $49 for five classes ($85 value)

If you’re looking for a new fun way to workout this is for you. The equipment is fun, new, and the closest thing to a high tech workout you will get. When going into the studio dont expect to get all hot and sweaty. This work out is all about your focus and breathing. During the workout you will do a lot of engaging with your core, which will also help strengthen your lower back. This workout is ideal for someone who is trying to strengthen their muscles but in a less intense and much more gentle way.

Barre3
15021 Main St., Suite E, Mill Creek, WA 98012
The deal: two months unlimited for $139 ($279 value)

Barre, the newest fad to join our fitness world. Get ready to shake… literally. Barre is a workout in which you hold numerous positions for extensive periods of time until your body starts shaking. The exercise incorporates ballet, yoga, and pilates. The best part about barre and why it’s so effective is that it combines cardio and strength training. Something every workout guru has to try. The atmosphere is hip, modern, and instructors are always willing to help the newbie’s. So go in, do your thang, and get ready for some shakin' and burnin'. Definitely recommended to anyone who is trying to build strength and lean out.

Bellevue Parks & Community Services Indoor Rock Climbing
14509 Southeast Newport Way, Bellevue, WA 98006
The deal : $36 for a 10 climb pass ($72 value)

This is a great workout if you’re in the mood to be a social butterfly and challenge yourself. This one is definitely a bit of a struggle if you tend to be upper body challenged. This is an ideal workout for someone who is trying to be active but go at their own pace. There are different walls for different levels so you can jump in to what feels best for your fitness level. Do not get discouraged because nothing feels as good as being able to bump up from the beginner’s wall once you get the hang of things and build that upper strength.

Divine Movement Pole Dancing
8914 122nd Ave NE, Kirkland, WA 98033; 4250 Aurora Ave N, Suite B108, Seattle, WA 98103
The deal: Six week pole 101 class series for $99 ($195 value)

Ladies, skip the happy hour and head to pole dancing. This was a great way for me to catch up with my friends and still get my workout in. This workout is all about dancing, stretching, strength training, improving flexibility, and getting in tune with yourself and body. I definitely recommend bringing a friend or two so you can share this sexy workout with a good pal and get a few laughs in while having a good time and channeling your inner workout vixen!
