November is finally here which means we are swiftly approaching an entire holiday devoted to eating—and I couldn’t be more excited. This year I’ll be trading in the turkey for Sake and Sushi (read more about my research here). New tradition? Maybe. Newish Joli Amy Beaumier (previously of Local 360 and Bell and Whete) opened Joli last month. Nestled between Greenwood and Ballard, this cocktail bar has been a long time coming (almost two years to be exact).
