March in Seattle announced its looming arrival like an unruly beast. We got hit with thunder snow and a subsequent traffic apocalypse that made those commuting in and out of the city question their slowly diminishing sanity. We’re all ready for spring…But I’m not expecting it anytime soon. On the bright side, Seattle’s March food scene is as hot as a steaming bowl noodles.
